Hannah Hutson
Hannah is our Co-Owner/Marketing Coordinator here at SERVPRO® of Brookhaven, McComb & Columbia. She promotes and sells franchise services while gathering content for our social media marketer (also known as our marketing support coordinator). Hannah is known for her photography business, Hannah Hutson Photography. She shoots many categories, but pregnancy and sports are her favorite. She is a mama of 2 sweet little girls and has a special love for her town, Brookhaven MS.
Gena Smith
Gena is our Office Administrator here at SERVPRO® of Brookhaven, McComb & Columbia. She is responsible for providing leadership with strategic thinking, documenting and managing the office division performance, and exemplifying excellent customer service while working with insurance companies as we undergo damage restorations. Gena has had several hours of hands on experience and still likes to jump in to help when she can. She finds the most rewarding part of being apart of the SERVPRO family is when she is able to help deliver restored contents to the customer. Seeing how happy they are to have everything back to normal, especially when packing everything back in one day, makes all the hard work pay off.
Jonathan Sellers
Jonathan is our Reconstruction Manager here at SERVPRO® of Brookhaven, McComb & Columbia. He is responsible for the restoration process and specifies in structural reconstruction to get things back to their pre-damaged state. Jonathan is known for his skill in construction as he's been doing it for 20 years. He's a family man that's happily married with 6 children. He also enjoys golfing and cattle when he has free time.
Stacy Smith
Stacy is our Production Technician here at SERVPRO® of Brookhaven, McComb & Columbia. When we got off the phone with you, Stacy prepares for dispatch. She particularly serves in Mitigation and Carpet/Upholstery Cleanings onsite and at the warehouse while doing a great job maintaining inventory/warehouse organization. Stacy is known for her philosophy of "see a need, fill a need", as she always does so without any negativity.
David Cooley
David is our Production Technician here at SERVPRO® of Brookhaven, McComb & Columbia. David is apart of our dispatch team when disaster strikes your home or business. He helps prepare rooms/areas for work activities, set up staging areas and equipment for each project and performs end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving the jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance. David is hardworking and always willing to give a helpful hand.
Lauren Watts
Lauren is our Marketing Support Coordinator (MSC) here at SERVPRO® of Brookhaven, McComb & Columbia. She is responsible for creating and implementing online marketing strategies as she works closely with our Marketing Coordinator. She maximizes technical and creative opportunities through our website and social media while maintaining search engine optimization. She is known for her creativity in digital & physical arts. She is happily married and a full-time student at Belhaven University to obtain her BFA in Graphic Design.
